In 'Managing the Mess' players learn to use field-tested analytical tools developed by and for those responsible for managing projects in conflict areas.
The game enables future project leaders, teams and consultants to make better decisions in planning and project implementation.

'Managing the Mess' focuses on experiential learning, an in-the-field and learning on the job experience instead of providing extensive lectures and inputs. Players engage with a dynamically evolving situation. Their learning experience can be applied to any situation where they are challenged to make good decisions under complex, dynamic and fast-paced conditions.
