WHO WE ARE - THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

We unite thought leaders and practitioners within the worlds of neuroscience, cognitive and socio-emotional development and professional education with an innovation driven games development team.

Through powerful, multi-disciplinary collaboration we convert our combined expertise into high-impact, thrilling, experiential learning adventures designed to support executives in implementing organisation wide change initiatives, responding to strategic challenges and coping with increasing levels of complexity in their work environment.

Being at the forefront of applying cutting-edge games technology including VR and AR to training and education we provide programs for senior executives and virtual instruments for assessment centres and recruitment in a wide range of private and public sector organisations.

Our growing team includes business psychologists and developmental coaches all with over 30 years experience of management development in the corporate and SME world – plus, most of us have been line managers too, so we understand what life looks like from our clients’ perspective.
